Tony Bove has been a writer, analyst, journalist, and magazine and online columnist in the computer industry since 1976. With partner Cheryl Rhodes he founded Publish magazine and
the newsletters "Inside Report on New Media" and the "Macromedia User Journal", and published
the multimedia CD-ROM "Haight-Ashbury in the Sixties". He has written more than a dozen
computer-related books about desktop publishing, illustration, multimedia, CD-ROM, and the
Internet. In addition to playing music with the Flying Other Brothers Band
(www.flyingobrothers.com),
he founded Rockument.com ( www.rockument.com), an Internet
"radio" site focused on rock music history. He is currently Director of Messaging in
corporate marketing at BEA Systems, Inc. ( www.bea.com).
